Whether you've heard of the OLPC (One Laptop Per Child) story or not, there's something fishy been going on with one of the partners - Intel. Intel finally pulled out of the project this morning when they were asked to stop marketing their own low-cost laptop in direct competition to the OLPC project. The BBC's story is here. Is there any other way to see this apart from the cynical capitalist one? Is it worth reacting against Intel? Boycotting Intel products? AMD here we come maybe.
